By accessing this website or booking an appointment, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. About Us

Approach Physiotherapy Clinic provides physiotherapy, sports therapy, massage therapy, rehabilitation, and associated healthcare services within the United Kingdom. We operate strictly by appointment only.

3. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree to:

• Not attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with website functionality

• Not copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without prior written consent

• We reserve the right to restrict access to the website if misuse is suspected.

4. Appointments & Bookings

All appointments must be booked via our online booking system, telephone, or email. Appointments are only confirmed once confirmation has been issued and full payment has been received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel appointments where necessary. Clients must arrive on time. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time.

5. Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a charge of up to 100% of the appointment fee. Failure to attend an appointment without notice will be charged in full. Repeated cancellations or non-attendance may result in refusal of future bookings.

6. Payments

Payment is due at the time of booking or immediately following your appointment unless otherwise agreed. We accept card payments, bank transfer, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice.

7. Health Information & Consent

Clients must provide accurate and complete medical information prior to treatment. It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any changes in health status. Treatment is provided based on clinical assessment and professional judgement. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if deemed clinically inappropriate or unsafe. Our services do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment from a GP or specialist.

8. Clinical Responsibility & Liability

We provide services with reasonable care, skill, and professional standards expected of healthcare practitioners.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. However, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers must be redeemed before the expiry date. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including branding, text, logos, and images, is the property of Approach Physiotherapy Clinic and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Data Protection & Privacy
