Cancellation Policy

All appointments at Approach Physiotherapy Clinic are secured with full pre-payment at the time of booking.

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

​

• Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the pre-paid fee being retained.

• Failure to attend (no-shows) will result in the pre-paid fee being retained.

• If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid disruption to other clients. The full appointment fee remains applicable.

• If we have not heard from you within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and treat this as a non-attendance.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In exceptional situations, transfers may be considered at the clinic’s discretion.
