We are a private practice dedicated to helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. Formerly known as JHJ Sports Therapy, our practice was founded in 2019 by lead sports therapist Jade Jones, and has since grown into a welcoming, inclusive clinic supporting individuals of all ages - from children to adults.

We take the time to understand your lifestyle, goals, and challenges, allowing us to tailor treatment and rehabilitation plans specifically to you. At Approach Physiotherapy, our team is highly trained and committed to the highest professional standards. All physiotherapists and sports therapists hold accredited qualifications, are fully registered with the appropriate professional bodies, and practise in line with the latest evidence-based guidelines. Ongoing professional development ensures we deliver safe, effective, and patient-centred care at the highest level.

Jade Jones BSc
Clinic Director, Lead Sports Therapist

Jade graduated from Edge Hill University in 2018 with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy. She has extensive professional experience working within a range of sporting environments, including basketball, cheerleading, and Warrington Wolves Rugby League Club. In addition, Jade has over ten years of experience working in private physiotherapy clinics across Liverpool and Wolverhampton, where she has led clinical care, overseen treatment standards, and delivered high-quality, patient-centred rehabilitation to individuals of all ages and abilities.

Mohammed Khan BSc, MSc
Lead Physiotherapist - HCPC Reg.

Mohammed completed his BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Science at Aston University in 2022 and an MSc in Physiotherapy at the University of Birmingham in 2024. He is HCPC registered and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). With over seven years of clinical experience across hospital and healthcare settings, he treats patients of all ages and has provided pitch-side medical support in football and rugby, specialising in acute injury assessment, on-field decision-making, and structured return-to-play management to ensure safe and effective recovery.

Ellie Bloomer BSc
Sports Therapist

Ellie graduated from the University College Birmingham with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy with clinical experience in elite dance, sporting events, and public healthcare settings. She completed a placement with the physiotherapy team at Elmhurst Ballet School and has worked in the UCB SEM Clinic providing injury assessment, soft tissue therapy, taping, and pitch-side first aid. Her experience also includes medical support at events such as the London Marathon and Copa del Cure Leukaemia, supported by a strong background in dance training.

We work with people from all walks of life, including those with everyday aches and pains, sporting and activity-related injuries, and anyone looking for injury prevention or performance support. Our experience spans clinical settings, sporting events, and performance environments, enabling us to deliver evidence-based care across a wide range of needs.
